Itinerary
Day 01 :
Arrival in Nairobi – Welcome to Kenya
- Meet & greet at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by an Ideal Africa Smartours representative.
- Private transfer to your luxury hotel for rest and safari briefing.
- Optional city excursions depending on arrival time (Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum, Nairobi National Park).
- Overnight: Luxury Hotel in Nairobi (e.g., Hemingways Nairobi, The Emory Hotel)
- Meals: Bed & Breakfast
Day 02 :
Nairobi ✈️ Amboseli – Land of Giants
- Transfer to Wilson Airport for a morning flight to Amboseli National Park, located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro.
- Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge, spotting elephants, zebras, and big cats.
- Afternoon game drive with views of wildlife against the backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain.
- Overnight: Luxury Safari Lodge (e.g., Tortilis Camp, Ol Tukai Lodge)
- Meals: Full Board
Day 03 :
Amboseli – Full Day of Exploration
- Early morning and late afternoon game drives for prime wildlife viewing and photography.
- Optional: Visit a Maasai village or relax at the lodge pool with views of Kilimanjaro.
- Overnight: Same as Day 2

Day 04 :
Amboseli ✈️ Samburu – Untamed Northern Frontier
- After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for a connecting flight via Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve.
- Game drive en route to your lodge, passing through dramatic northern Kenya landscapes.
- Afternoon safari to spot rare species like the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and Somali ostrich.
- Overnight: Luxury Safari Camp (e.g., Saruni Samburu, Elephant Bedroom Camp)
- Meals: Full Board
Day 05 :
Samburu – Northern Safari Paradise
- Morning and evening game drives along the Ewaso Nyiro River, a magnet for wildlife.
- Optional: Cultural visit to a Samburu village.
- Relax at the lodge or enjoy sundowners with panoramic views.
- Overnight: Same as Day 4

Day 06 :
Samburu ✈️ Masai Mara – Safari Royalty
- Depart Samburu after breakfast for your flight to Masai Mara, Kenya’s most iconic game reserve.
- Game drive en route to your luxury camp/lodge, then relax before an afternoon game drive.
- Masai Mara offers excellent sightings of lions, cheetahs, and leopards—plus the famed Great Migration (seasonal).
- Overnight: Luxury Camp (e.g., Mara Ngenche, Governors’ Camp, Sand River Mara)
- Meals: Full Board
Day 07 :
Masai Mara ✈️ Nairobi – Farewell to the Wild
- Early morning game drive to catch the last glimpses of wildlife in the golden hours.
- Return to camp for breakfast and transfer to the airstrip.
- Flight to Nairobi; upon arrival, optional lunch or dayroom (at extra cost) before transfer to JKIA for your international flight.
